Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items purchased through our store.
Damages and issues
We take great pride in the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at 175099c@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right, whether through a replacement or another resolution, at our discretion.
Exceptions
Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

Change of mind or preference.

Incorrect sizing (please review size guides carefully before purchasing).

Sale items or promotional goods.

Perishable, custom, or personal care items.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
